Rain Standstills Pakistan’s First Practice Session in New T20 World Cup Training Kit

The Pakistan cricket team, adorned in their new T20 World Cup training kit, initiated their first practice session in Dallas on Sunday. Eager to prepare for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, the team was unfortunately interrupted by a sudden rain shower. Despite their enthusiasm, the weather limited the players to engaging only in physical and fielding drills rather than full practice.

Further into the session, the intensity of the rain increased, prompting an early conclusion to the day’s activities. This disruption in their schedule has prompted the team to rearrange their training times. Consequently, the Pakistan team plans to resume their rigorous preparations on Monday, from 4 pm to 7 pm local time.

Pakistan, showcasing their new World Cup kit, is strategically placed in Group A for the tournament. Alongside formidable teams such as India, Ireland, Canada, and the USA, Pakistan is gearing up for a competitive group stage.
